About Biz Link Group
The Biz Link Group ventures into property development began in 2016. Biz Link, a name which came up from the idea of Biz (Business) + Link (Connection) as the Group is open for new business opportunities which can be created by new connections. Since its founding in 2016 as a property developer in Malaysia, Biz Link Group was motivated by a sense of mission to enhance the lives of people in the community.
Soon after, the Group began acquiring the first land in Rawang North, where the first project launched – Prima Utama (Phase 1), with a gross development value of RM17 million following by Prima Utama (Phase 2) with a gross development value of RM28 million. The second project Koi Park Residence (Phase 1) has a gross development value of RM40 million, showing a great improvement on the
financial performance.
The Group’s vast portfolio includes landed residence, offices and commercial properties in Hulu Selangor, and planning to uncover new area in Klang Valley. Besides establishing ourselves as property developer, we have also extended our business into property management and sales and marketing management. In 2021, the Group has formed a new subsidiary company – Biz Link United Sdn. Bhd., providing comprehensive sales and marketing professional service to the market. Biz Link Group is posed in delivering the best living experience and creating great investment values for our stakeholders.
